Pink Tribute was established in 2003

A way to heighten awareness of and offer support to those affected by breast cancer in Denmark.

While living in Denmark, two expats – Valerie G. Brandt and Elizabeth Asbury – saw their families being touched by breast cancer and resolved to do something to help combat the disease.

Together with a Dane – Birgitte Krejsager – they organized the first Pink Tribute in 2003. It was a Luncheon & Fashion Show held at Rydhave, the residence of the American Ambassador, kindly hosted by Wilma Bernstein, the wife of Ambassador Stuart Bernstein.

The baton has long since been passed onto new committee members, and Michaela, Tone and Becca are proud to continue this tradition.

Since 2003,  Pink Tribute has held luncheon and evening fundraising events at the private residences of Ambassadors for Britian, Canada, France, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, and the United States to continue the ongoing support of breast cancer related causes. This year 2021, we are holding our very first online lottery 27th September 2021.

We  hope to count on our past, current and future loyal supporters. Do reach out with any questions.
